Tube of choice, I used one by  Myka Jelina
I used masks 152 and 154 by Insatible Dreams

Font of choice, I used Broadway BT  

Let's get started...

Open a new 497 x 436 Transparent image
Floodfill white
Add new raster layer... floodfill with #ade948 (or color of your choosing from you tube)
apply mask 152
Merge, merge group

Add new raster floodfill  with #209ce3 (or color of your choosing from you tube)
apply mask 154
Merge, merge group

Copy and paste tube as new layer, adjust it to bottom of layer

Apply a DropShadow...I used : 4, -4, 60, 8, black

click on Raster 1 layer

Image...Add Border...10 (#209ce3)
Effect...Inner Bevel with these settings

Image...Add Border...3 (#ade948)

New Raster layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Modify, Select Selections Border
With settings below

Image...Add Border...3 (#ade948)

Add New Raster layer
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Modify, Select Selections Border
With settings below

Select none

Add Copyright & License info

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information

Add your name
Save by exporting as a PNG, or the way you prefer to save tags,
